Zeynep Arca Sallier is the co-founder and manager of Arcadia Baglari. After studying International Relations in France, she served in advertisement productions for a while and then started to work in the family company engaged in Tourism Investment. After initiating the project "Arcadia Baglari" (Arcadia Vineyards) with her father Ozcan Arca in 2002, she received trainings from UC Davis and University du Vin on Viticulture, Winemaking and tasting, and worked as an intern at wineries in different countries. In 2004, she worked with Prof. Alain Carbonneau and Dr.Michel Salgues for site selection and installation of Arcadia Baglari. In 2016, she was awarded with the “Woman Entrepreneur Making a Difference in Her Region” by Kagider, Garanti Bank and Economist magazine.

She was deemed eligible to participate in the EY Entrepreneurial Women Leaders program in 2018-2019.
She has been lecturing at the Gastronomy Department of Yeditepe University and giving speeches at various conferences since 2013 to raise awareness towards Wine and Wine Tourism and to help dissemination of accurate information.
