Arina Zhuravleva, brand chef of the Moscow restaurant Urban Winery and the premium hotel Anda Barut Collection on the Aegean Sea, invites connoisseurs of inventive gastronomy to an exclusive dinner on August 19, 2025. A renowned and multiple-titled master of wine gastronomy, Arina will offer hotel guests the concept of "Once Upon a Winery", which will feature signature dishes of the Urban Winery restaurant with a slight emphasis on the flavors of the Aegean coast. Dinner guests will be able to get acquainted with Arina's signature style, in which the use of farm products is combined with complex techniques and gastronomic hooliganism.
Having started her journey in the legendary restaurant Ragout, Arina perfected her skills in such famous Moscow projects as Touche, Champ, and Cape.
