1971
The Journey of “Barut Family” has begun
Barut Ailesi, 1971 yılında Manavgat Side’de 36 odalı Cennet Hotel ile Türk turizmine hizmet vermeye başladı.
1987
BARUT ACANTHUS
It was opened in 1987 in Side.
It was merged with Cennet and Acanthus in 2006.
It was completely demolished on November 1, 2015, and re-built from scratch.
It was put into service again on May 17, 2016 under the name Barut Acanthus Cennet.
1990
BARUT HEMERA
In 1990, Barut Hemera opened.
1996
BARUT ARUM
In 1996, Barut Arum opened.
2005
BARUT LARA
In 2005, Barut Lara opened.
2007
SUNWING SIDE BEACH
Sunwing Side Beach was opened in 2007.
It was renamed into Barut B Suites in 2017.
2012
BARUT SUNWING SIDE BEACH
Barut Sunwing Side Beach was opened.
2013
TUI SENSIMAR BARUT ANDIZ – IT WAS RENAMED INTO TUI BLUE BARUT ANDIZ IN 2020

LARA BARUT COLLECTION, ACANTHUS & CENNET BARUT COLLECTION, ARUM BARUT COLLECTION
3 hotels belonging to the group announced the Collection segment, where luxury services were going to be offered.
3 hotels started to operate in Collection segment on April 1, 2019.

BAYOU Villas
BAYOU Villas opened at Lara Barut Collection on 1 October 2022.
2024
Barut GOIA
On April 1, 2024, Barut Sunwing Side Beach was renamed Barut GOIA

Anda Barut Collection & BAYOU Villas Delice Peninsula Didim
On May 1, 2024, Anda Barut Collection & BAYOU Villas Didim opened.
