The ‘International Blue Flag Award’, an international environmental award program coordinated by the International Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE) and carried out in Turkey by the Turkish Environmental Education Foundation (TÜRÇEV), is given to beach areas that meet many criteria such as bathing water quality, environmental management, environmental education, life safety and beach services. Anda Barut Collection applied for this prestigious award separately for two separate beaches, breaking new ground in terms of environmental sensitivity in Turkish tourism.
Two separate beaches, two separate monitoring processes
While hotels located on the coast usually make a single Blue Flag application even if they have more than one beach, Anda Barut Collection changed this approach and carried out separate application processes for its two beaches, which are located at a distance from each other due to their natural structure. Accordingly, the bathing water quality of each beach continues to be monitored and analyzed separately every 15 days according to European Union norms. This approach is the biggest indicator that Anda Barut Collection's responsibility for environmental health has become a proactive and sustainability-oriented business culture that is not limited to legislation.

Now, Anda Barut Collection has once again confirmed its commitment to nature and public health with two separate ‘Blue Flag’ awards.
