Chef Arzu Öztürk after gaining experience by working for two years at the restaurant run by her mother, started her professional career as a sous chef at Antre G-house. She worked here for nearly three years and then as a kitchen chef in a Steak house restaurant. At the same time, she also managed her café in Cihangir and wrote a book titled ‘Turkish Mezes’. After the café, she worked as a kitchen chef at The House Cafe for two years. After that, she moved to The House Hotels as the chef de cuisine again. With this transition, she opened the doors of Turkish cuisine to world-famous stars such as Ricky Martin, Kevin Spacey, and Monica Belluci. Chef Arzu, who received great acclamation for the dishes she made, for Monica Belluci, became the subject of mainstream news and the press and contributed to the recognition of Turkish cuisine in the world. Arzu Öztürk, who was the chef of The House Hotels, became the kitchen coordinator of the same place. With its professionalism and recognition, especially in Istanbul dishes and beverages, she provides consultancy services to many well-known hotels and restaurants. She is currently the food and beverage director of The Stay Hotels.
