Ozan Diren, a member of the board of directors of Diren Holding, which includes Diren Şarapları, one of Turkey's oldest wine companies, is also the CEO of Dimes, one of the country's leading beverage companies.

Having started his professional career during his university years, Diren worked in all company departments. He received his industrial engineer degree from ITU in 1997, his master's degree in Marketing from the University of Hartford in the USA in 1999, and then graduated from the Finance Specialisation Programme of the Institute of Business Economics at Istanbul University.
Ozan Diren is a member of the Board of Directors of TÜSİAD and the Chairman of the TÜSİAD Round Table on Agriculture, Food, and Services. He is also the Chairman of the Beverage Industry Assembly of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fruit Juice Industry Association (MEYED), and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of TÜRKONFED.

Ozan Diren is married with three children and has a particular interest in software and application development, philosophy, and social development.
