Chef Alvin Leung is one of the most distinctive figures on the international culinary scene, renowned for redefining the boundaries of traditional Chinese cuisine. Drawing on his engineering background, he developed his own culinary philosophy, X-Treme Chinese Cuisine, through a scientific and experimental approach. Combining modern techniques, layers of texture and creative presentation, he reinterprets classic Chinese flavours from a contemporary perspective.

Having built a career that reached three Michelin stars, Leung has also gained widespread international recognition beyond the culinary world through his television appearances and roles as a judge.
