Şamil Gence was born in 1978. He graduated from Bilkent University's Interior Architect Program and has worked for many leading companies in the alcoholic beverage industry for many years.
After working as a senior manager at Kavaklıdere Wines for about 9 years, he started working as Turkey Sales Manager at Caeli Wines in 2018. Then he assumed the role of General Manager of both Hotel Caeli and Caeli Wines.
