HOTELS WILL BE POWERED BY GREEN ENERGY
As part of the cooperation built with CK Enerji by BAND Turizm A.S., which continuously introduces new ones to the existing breakthrough projects on sustainable tourism, Acanthus Cennet Barut Collection and Lara Barut Collection hotels will be powered by green energy.
Acanthus Cennet Barut Collection and Lara Barut Collection, the hotels owned by BAND Turizm A.S., have become the first Green Energy Certified (I-REC) hotels in the Mediterranean Region with the cooperation built to reduce their carbon footprint and make continuous efforts for the future. Fahrettin Tunc, the General Manager of CK Enerji, presented the I-REC certificates at the certificate ceremony held at Lara Barut Collection.

Green Energy Will Yield a Power Consumption of 10 million kWh
Acanthus Cennet Barut Collection and Lara Barut Collection, the first hotels to obtain the International Renewable Energy Certificate (I-REC) in the Mediterranean Region, will meet a total of 10 million kWh of power consumption by green energy.
